Insurance Claims

  • Contact our experts for a free roof inspection. We will give you an honest assessment of the damage to your roof. From there, we will walk you through the entire process documenting damage and assisting with filing a claim with your insurance carrier.

  • Once your claim is filed with your insurance carrier, an adjuster will be in contact to schedule your inspection. Our trained professionals will meet with your adjuster onsite to represent you during the inspection process. At this time, they will determine the extent of damage and estimate the repair costs.

  • Your Trust representative will meet with you to go over different material options and colors. At that time they will walk you through your insurance estimate and set proper expectations for the day of build.

  • After your roof is completed, we will send all of the necessary documentation to your insurance carrier. This includes final invoice, certificate of completion, and completion photos. All final negotiations will be handle by Trust’s claim specialists. Insurance will send final payment and close out your claim.
