Calihan Dierenfield

CO-FOUNDER
Fort Collins is home to Cal , growing up North of town near Cobb Lake. Graduating from Fort Collins High School in 2005 and CSU in 2009 and getting his doctorate in 2013. After graduation, Cal took a sales position for a nationwide roofing contractor where he climbed to the top. Over the course of the next 10 years he has helped replace 1200 residential re-roofs in the Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming with the help of their Insurance.
Matt Stalker

CO-OWNER
As a native of Southern Colorado Matt grew up on a small farm and moved to Fort Collins upon graduating High School to attend CSU.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English so naturally he has been in the roofing industry for the past 9 years.
Callum Merkowitz

CO-OWNER
Callum is a Colorado born native who grew up in Centennial, CO. He attended CSU for both undergrad and graduate school, graduating with a biomedical science major. After graduation, he immediately got into roofing sales and management.
He and his team have helped over 1,000 customers replace their roof through their insurance over the years. He moved to Texas for 2 years to help start a branch within the industry. During that time, he and his team gained a reputable name for themselves. In 2023, he moved back home to Fort Collins to start TRUST Roofing & Restoration, fostering a partnership to building trust in the community one project at a time.
